Warranty

• 3 year limited warranty for material and craftsmanship.
• 10 year limited warranty for chain link fabric and cedar post on steel pipe.
• Woodmasters USA warrants to the original purchaser only that their installation, workmanship, and fence products will be free of defects for a period of 36 months.
• The warranty is free and is included with every fence or deck we construct.
• Warranty requests are resolved within 5 business days.

Limitations

Woodmasters USA is not liable for the following changes to cedar materials:

• Cedar is a natural product. Cracks, wane, or checking may appear over time.
• Cedar changes in the weather. That includes aging or weathering, discoloration or fading, and dimensional changes such as shrinkage or swelling.
• If a fence post is cracked, Woodmasters USA first checks whether the post is still structurally sound. A crack that does not compromise the post is not a defect, and the post is not replaced under this warranty. Minor cracks can be normal and do not automatically mean the post has failed.

• Woodmasters USA is not responsible for changes in the soil the fence is built on.
• The labor and material warranty does not cover damage from improper use, accident, fire, flood, storm, tree damage, or other acts of God.
