Wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental iron, privacy fences, and custom designs, for homes and businesses. Composite and pressure-treated wood are on the fence page as well.

Most installs finish in 1–3 days, depending on the fence, the property, and the weather.

Rules differ by city and county. We help you find out whether a permit is required and what the local process is. We do not publish one city’s rule as if it applied everywhere.

Use your survey, or hire a surveyor if the pins are gone. We build to the line you confirm.

Wood privacy fences and vinyl privacy fences are the two solid options we install. We will say which fits the yard when we see it.

Our FAQ has listed wood at 15–20 years with maintenance, and vinyl or metal at 20–30 years or more. Cedar fences are listed at 15–25 years on the fence page. Soil, sun, and stain change the result.

Yes. Removal and replacement include hauling the old fence away.

The written warranty is a 3-year limited warranty on installation, workmanship, and fence products, and 10 years on chain-link fabric and cedar posts on steel pipe. Read the warranty page for the exclusions. A lifetime line on the old homepage does not match that page.

Size, material, and design change the number. The estimate is free and on site, with no obligation.

Most residential decks take 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity, materials, and weather.

Yes. Multi-level layouts, built-in seating, railings, pergolas, and outdoor lighting are part of custom deck work. Patio covers are a related service.

Yes. We repair what is still sound and replace decks that are rotten, including tear-off and disposal.

Planting and garden design, grading and drainage, hardscape and pathways, retaining walls, and full design-build. Materials include Pacific Northwest natives, flagstone, pavers, river rock, bark, and boulders.

It depends on the yard, the materials, and the scope. The on-site estimate is free. We do not publish package prices.

A smaller planting or hardscape job can be a few days. A full yard with grading and hardscape can take several weeks.

The old landscaping FAQ listed lawn care, mowing, fertilization, hedge trimming, seasonal cleanup, irrigation, and fire pits. Those items are not confirmed, so they are not offered on this site. TODO for Andrey: say which of those, if any, should be added back.
